Beautiful!
"Our word of the week while we stayed at La Bo Bo was "beautiful". The cottage was beautiful....even the creaky floorboards. Beautiful scenery, beautiful, sunsets, beautiful peace and quiet.Very well equipped cottage.Loved the fresh spring water at the back of house which we drank all the time! Very quiet area which is perfect for that relaxing holiday.Visited Lac Vassiviere,St Leonard de Noblat,Limoges and bourganeuf. Lovely restaurant in Masberand Merignat called Chez Nous. Fabulous cheese fondue! Really lovely place and a relaxing time was had by all." Maxine, Steve & Jane, 2010
"Marvelous! Quiet and relaxing - that is life at La Bo Bo! The house is well-equipped and comfortable. The setting is lovely. The views are just superb, and all that fresh air...
Go, and enjoy!
The most peaceful & quiet holiday we've had in a long time. We love it here." Donald & Muriel, 2009
I would go back tomorrow
"We really cannot praise this lovely cottage enough. It has bags of character and the views ( not forgetting the sunsets) were fantastic. The owners had left out some fresh french bread, a bottle of wine, some essentials in the fridge and plenty of wood for the fire. The only reason I would'nt recommend this property to anyone else is because it would make it harder to re-book for ourselves!" 2009
"Fantastic holiday, great views & comfortable house. A wonderful stay in an idyllic house, in a beautiful setting." Rachel & Alice, 2007
"We've had such a wonderful time, such a magical place! Thank you." Paul, Ursula, Gareth & Julia, 2006 & 07
Entspannte Ferien
Simon, Tanja & Julia, July 2009
and .....'A comfortable home away from home. A lot of friendly people, Lac de Vassiviere in the sunshine, fantastic food, a recipe for an unforgettable holiday." Simon, Tanja & Julia, Germany, 2009
A week down in the Limousin

"What a gorgeous place to stay, everything is as the details, very well equiped, you won't find a better gite in the limousin for the price, first class." Tony & Jeanette, 2009
Beautiful location
"We had a fabulous time at La Bo Bo. The village is beautiful, set in wooded valleys with fantastic views from the terrace above the house. We sat out every evening watching the sunset and listening to the wildlife with a glass of wine or two. The house is really comfy and well equipped; it felt like home straight away. There was lashings of hot water and even Cbeebies on TV for our 4 year old. We found fresh raspberries, wild strawberries and cherries growing nearby and there's even drinkable spring water bubbling from the hillside nearby. Bourganeuf is a pretty market town 15 mins away with a Carrefour for food supplies. The region is beautiful and the deserted winding wooded roads just go on and on in every direction. A clean green landscape unspoilt by mass tourism and crowds. We loved it and will be back!" Keith, Laura & Freya 2009
